The Law Firm of Drew Early focuses on the practice of Veterans Law and Elder Law. Our VA practice includes appeals of veterans and survivors claims to VA Regional Offices, Requests for Reconsideration, local Decision Review Officer hearings, appeals to the Board of Veterans Appeals and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. In addition, we can assist in resolution of overpayments, accrued benefits, and maximizing non-monetary VA health care benefits.
In our elderlaw practice we routinely assist with Guardianships, Conservatorships, estate planning and asset protection, lifecare planning, probate matters, and efforts to maximize the quality of life for our clients.
We may be able to help you with the Aid & Attendance benefit as well as fiduciary and caregiver issues, trusts, wills and other estate documents that are important to you and your family.
Our firm is conveniently located near the Atlanta VA Regional Office and we maintain an active presence in Macon for the convenience of our Middle Georgia elder law clients. We are very familiar with the operations of the VA’s Regional Offices and can represent you at any VA hearing; we focus on the Southeast and have provided successful representation of veterans throughout the US.
